TF Custom Carpentry Is Relocating Home To Thunder Bay, ON

Dear valued clients,

We’re excited to announce that TF Custom Carpentry is relocating home to Thunder Bay, Ontario! This 1400km move marks an exciting chapter for us, with a bigger and better shop that will allow us to expand our offerings and deliver even more efficient service.

As part of our growth, we've begun transitioning our business name to TF Custom Carpentry, Woodwork & Engraving. This new name better reflects the full range of services we offer, beyond the neighborhood-specific focus associated with our former name, TF Custom Carpentry Cabbagetown.

We want to sincerely thank all of our clients in Cabbagetown for years of great business and incredible projects. You’ve been a huge part of our journey, and we look forward to continuing our work together.

Order Fulfillment and Services:

Current Orders: Rest assured, all current orders will be fulfilled. We anticipate only a short delay during early October while we move and settle in before we complete and ship your orders.

Toronto Clients: 

We will continue to fulfill laser work and woodworking projects for our Toronto clients. These can be shipped directly from our new location in Thunder Bay, and in the case of builds that require on-site installation, they can be installed by one of our amazing Toronto partner shops.

While shipping may add a little time and cost, our larger, more efficient shop in a more affordable location should more than compensate for this difference.

Future Projects: 

Our communication channels remain the same, so feel free to reach out to discuss new projects. Our full range of offerings will be available. We're excited to show you what our expanded capabilities can offer.

Warranty and Support:

All existing warranties remain safe and will continue to be honored, with help from our fantastic partners in Toronto. Should you need any assistance, please contact us as you normally would.
