We used tool from the digital kit and "solved" the layout with a simple computer iterating script to brute force through the math looking for combinations of trim width and diamond height/widths that perfectly meet both walls as well as the floor and ceiling at their tips, had a height within a certain tolerance of double the width, and didn't need broken for the outets present. Think of this tool definitely saved time and added precion when offering the client some choices of layout for her dream accent wall. This was chosen as the best layout of 5 that met the requirements..

Just For Fun: Walnut Shelf
I sometimes build projects just for the fun of it. This metal and walnut shelf is a great example. I used leftover walnut and a repurposed frame to create a unique and stylish shelf.
The walnut is beautifully finished, and the metal frame adds a touch of industrial style. The shelf is sturdy and functional, and it would look great in any home.
I am always experimenting with new finishing techniques, and this project was a great opportunity to try something new. I am happy with the results, and I think the shelf is a great example of my custom carpentry skills.
